Tadā Draṣhṭuḥ Svarūpe Avasthānam
Then the seer rests in their true nature
Sutra 1:3

“Yoga has been with me for half of my life. Along the way I’ve had different teachers, each offering lessons to help improve health and well-being. Some have focused on the physical and on fitness; some on the meditation aspect; a few have been broader in focus, encompassing mind, body and spirit.
When Abhi’s journey met mine, I knew something special had happened. I knew then that her Zenthai sessions and classes would nurture and support me, like so many of us in our little community. She provides a safe, supportive place to learn, to stretch, balance and sustain postures, to relax and be at peace with like-minded people. She has guided and helped me to build up strength and focus in my body and mind and spirit.
I recognise in Abhi her training in the skills in healing, but I see an intuitive healer as well. She can assist in correction of imbalances in the physical, mental, and spiritual layers of the self. Abhi is a loving and dedicated practitioner, so becoming a client of hers will be one of the wisest decisions you will make, take it from me!”
