Curiosity is at the heart of my practice, under the guidance of the breath, to discover the vast internal landscape. Through embodied self-research and with humility for the many teachers I have been grateful to study with, every moment now has the infinite potential to rediscover and remember my true nature. And that I believe is the heart of Yoga, both the dedicated, curious journey and the destination to union with all that is.

As a facilitator, I work to foster a supported space for my students to cultivate and explore their own inner landscape and discover the great capacity for healing, the creativity and the vitality that exists within everyone.
This approach was instrumental in my personal struggle overcoming situational depression. Practicing yoga allowed me to sit with my sadness and not feel completely overwhelmed. By cultivating a regular practice, the veil of helplessness began to lift, and I discovered a new inner strength and resolve within myself to live completely. I was able to sit with myself through the rough seas of emotions, to the gentle ebb and flow of peace. I would open my eyes after practice and once again see the world in all its beauty and light.

I wish to express my gratitude to my teachers, Diana and Nick Bradley for leading me on the path of discovery to Akhanda Yoga. To Yogirishi Vishvektu, a beacon of laughter and light. To my first yoga teachers, Nathan and Chantalah Webster-Tight of Core Yoga, for sparking in me the desire to follow this path.

Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
